(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Kavitha, wife of Palanivel, aged about 24 years, to cause production of his wife, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that the third respondent is none other than the brother of the petitioner and due to some family dispute with her husband, who is the petitioner herein, she went to her husband's brother house and that there is no illegal detention by anybody.
