ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner.

2. Learned Government Advocate Mr.Raj Thilak would submit that trial in Calendar Case No.4459 of 2013 pending on the file of the IX Metropolitan Magistrate has already commenced and as a matter of fact, on 1.2.2021, an Application had been filed by the petitioner to recall P.Ws.1 to 5.

3. The above factual aspect would reveal that the petitioner is in active participation of the trial in the Calendar Case and nothing survives in the present petition. A direction is placed on the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to proceed with the trial in Calendar Case No.4459 of 2013 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conclude the same on or before 31.10.2021.

4. With the above observation, the Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
