This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.28852 of 2024 on 19.11.2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners has been complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
