ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention dated 29.12.2018 in R.C.No.C2/35108/2018, detaining her husband as "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(b) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.544 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 14.02.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
