This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 02.01.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.20193 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24204 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
