JUDGMENT
(Judgment of this Court was delivered by T.RAJA, J.) This Writ Appeal has been directed against the impugned order dated 10.09.2013 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.25395 of 2011, challenging the election of unopposed candidates viz., respondents 6 to 16 /election of members of the Board of 1915, Vellalapatty Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society, Omalur Taluk, Salem District held on 15.04.2013 and 06.05.2013.
2.Since the period of tenure has been expired long time ago, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
