2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not deposited a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No. 397 of 2022 which the condition imposed by this Court dated 23.01.2023.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners have not complied with the order 23.01.2023. The respondent police is directed to take necessary action as early as possible against these petitioners as per the manner known to law.
