Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 191 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.4859 of 2025.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent-2 who is present in Court has no objection provided the interest for the period of delay of 191 days is waived.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for the Respondent-2, the petition in C.M.P.No.1139 of 2025 is allowed on condition that the Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 191 days.

4. Accordingly, the petition in C.M.P.No.1139 of 2025 is allowed on condition that the Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 191 days.

5. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order and print the name of the learned Counsel for the Respondent-2, when the Appeal is listed.
