This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to issue a non traceable certificate to the petitioner for the original document bearing number 1227/1966 dated 08.09.1962 based on the C.S.R.No.118/2021 dated 10.05.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the non traceable certificate has already been issued to the petitioner.
