The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 307 of IPC r/w. 3(1) (x), 3(2)(v) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Attrocities) Act 1989, seek a direction to the learned Special Judge for SC/ST (District and Sessions Court), Villupuram to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of his surrender in connection with Crime No.401 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).
3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
surrender before the learned Special Judge for SC/ST (District and Sessions Court), Villupuram, there shall be a direction to the learned Special Judge for SC/ST (District and Sessions Court), Villupuram, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court, on merits and pass appropriate orders. 4.
The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
