Learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous for the reason that the suit in O.S.No.330 of 2002 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court No.II, Villupuram, has already been disposed of. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the above Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
