O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the 4th respondent's appointment on the ground that the 4th respondent is not belonging to Schedule Caste Arundhadhiyar Community. 2.This Court while entertaining the writ petition, granted interim order which was subsequently vacated based on the counter filed by the 4th respondent, wherein the 4th respondent has averred that she belongs to Schedule Caste Arundhadhiyar Community. In the light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. Consequently, Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
