JUDGMENT

Mr.R.U.Dinesh Rajkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the relief sought for in the Writ Appeal has become infructuous for the reason that the appellants complied with the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.29090 of 2013 by passing an order in December 2021.
