This petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.59 of 2022 as the matter is purely civil dispute.

2. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on completion of investigation, the First Information Report was already filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur and final report have to be taken on file.

3. In the light of the above development, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioners herein to workout their remedy based on the First Information Report.
