ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue herein, viz., Divya, aged 20 years, has filed this petition seeking production of his daughter.

2. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for first respondent.

3. The respondent police have produced the detenue viz., Divya. On enquiry, she has informed of having entered into marriage with Dhanasekaran, the second respondent herein and the same has been registered with Sub Registrar, Arani, on 23.01.2018. have also spoken to the petitioner and informed him the position.

4. In the circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
