ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to revise the pension of the petitioner by adding one increment in basic on 01.01.2022 and to pay difference in gratuity, leave salary, VRS compensation and Surrendered E.L.Salary amount, surrendered in 2018 and 2019 to the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 11.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
