ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's application seeking for patta in respect of S.No.180/8 and 180/10 in Bangaram Village, Kallakurichi Taluk.

2. The learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents, on instructions from the Tahsildar, would submit that the petitioner's representation has been considered by the Tahsildar and it has been rejected in and by his proceedings in Na.Ka.a3/141/2020, dated 06.03.2020. He has also produced the copy of the order passed by the Tahsildar.

3. Considering the fact that already petitioner's representation has been considered and rejected by the Tahsildar, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. However, if at all the petitioner has any grievance over the order passed by the Tahsildar, it is always open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. The 4th Respondent/Tahsildar is directed to communicate the copy of the order passed by him to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
