This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 316 days in preference of the above criminal appeal against the conviction and sentence passed in Spl.S.C.No.21 of 2020 dated 18.12.2023 on the file of the learned Special Court under POCSO Act, Nagapattinam.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 316 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
