When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has sent a letter stating that she has not pressing this writ petition. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter dated 13.09.2023 before the Registry and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. Moreover, he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
