ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Certiorarified Mandamus seeking records relating to an order of the fourth respondent dated 02.01.2025 and quash the same and direct the said respondents to permit the petitioner to work in the same school
2. In the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, it had been contended that the petitioner had been appointed through Teacher Recruitment Board in the academic year 2023-2024 and posted in Municipal Middle School, Nagore. It had been stated that the petitioner had discharged duties to the best of her ability. However, owing to various reasons, the petitioner was deputed to yet another school. It had been contended that such deputation had directly affected the petitioner and therefore, the present Writ Petition has been filed seeking redeployment to the original school.
3. It had been contended by the learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents that whenever the counselling is conducted to address the grievances of those, who seek transfer at the beginning of the academic year, the petitioner may also participate in the counselling.
4. Giving that liberty to the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
