This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to take necessary action including jurisdiction problem among 2nd and 3rd respondents on the complaint dated 20.08.2016. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.08.2016, a case in Crime No.360 of 2016 has been registered by the 2nd respondent police. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
