THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.969 of 2022 IN CRL OP.2849/2020 RAJA ALIAS ASARUDHEEN [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, KUNIAMUTHUR POLICE STATION, COIMBATORE DISTRICT (CRIME NO.897/2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Working day of Every Month until further orders in Crl.MP.4741/2020 in Crl.MP.3239/2020 in Crl.OP.2849/2020 dated 06.08.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.GOPALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecuto on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4741 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.2849 of 2020 on 06.08.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e. on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
