The challenge has been made to the notice dated 25.03.2015 for vacating the shops 4 and 6 in order to conduct a public auction.

2. Now, it is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the petitioners are continuing in the same shops paying the enhanced rent.

3. On instructions, learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the petitioners are continuing in the same shops paying enhanced rent. Learned counsel would further submit that enhanced payment is also being received by the respondents and hence the notice issued by the 2nd respondent has become only academic.

In such view of the matter, the Writ Petitions are disposed of as no further orders are required. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
