Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus directing for the calling of the records relating to the proceedings of the 4th respondent in Moo.Moo.No.1382/A3/2012 dated 14.03.2013, quash the same and direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner herein for the suitable post on compassionate grounds in the light of the Certificate of indigent circumstances issued by the Revenue authorities.
