This application has been filed by the applicants/defendants seeking the leave of this Court to receive two additional documents. 2.Heard Mrs.Gladys Daniel, learned counsel for the applicants/defendants and Ms.Chandini Pradeepkumar, learned counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs. 3.The suit was at the stage of trial and a case management order was passed by this Court on 02.12.2021. Thereafter, the trial did not progress and it was submitted before this Court that oral evidence may not be required in this case and the suit can be decided based on the documents relied upon by either side. 4.It is at this juncture, the present application came to be filed by the defendants. The two documents that are sought to be brought in by the defendants is 22.12.2021.

Basically, these are the updated reports generated from the Trademark Registry reflecting the list of marks with prefix "ZY" and suffix "VISC". How far these documents would be relevant is a matter that can be gone into at the time of final hearing and that exercise need not be carried out while deciding this application. 5.
