Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to furnish the report of survey conducted on 05.11.2024 on the petitioner's land situated in Survey No.11/2B and in S.No.10/3B2, in Sakthi Nagar 1st Street, Allapaakam Village, Vallam Post, Chengalpet - 603 002, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The limited request made by the petitioner in the above Writ Petition is for a mandamus directing the second respondent to furnish the report of the survey conducted on 05.11.2024. Despite having conducted the survey, the second respondent has failed to provide a copy of the report to the petitioner, on whose land the survey was undertaken.

2. The second respondent ought to appreciate that the petitioner is entitled to receive a copy of the report, and as the authority entrusted with the task, the second respondent is bound to provide it. Since the report has not been furnished and three months have elapsed, a mandamus is issued directing the second respondent to furnish a copy of the survey report conducted on 05.11.2024 in respect of the 2/4

petitioner's land situated in Survey No.11/2B and in S.No.10/3B2, Sakthi Nagar 1st Street, Allapaakam Village, Vallam Post, Chengalpet, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
