JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the respondent made a submission that the preliminary decree in O.S.No.140 of 2014 was issued by the trial Court on 09.06.2015 and it was disposed of finally on 20.12.2016.
2. Further, the learned counsel for the respondent made a submission that the parties had already settled the issues out of Court. This being the representation made, no further adjudication needs to be entertained and accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.No.1229 of 2016 stands closed. No costs.
