The petitioner has filed this writ petition to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order of the Special Officer, Chennai Central Cooperative Bank Limited, Chennai vide No.000424/01/2009-10/A1 dated 29.04.2010 and consequential revisional order of the 1st respondent vide Na.Ka.No.5671/2010/,2 dated 26.12.2011 and quash the same and consequentially direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in to service with back wages and all other attendant benefits.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty challenge the aforesaid orders before the appropriate forum and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. Page No.2 of 5

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to approach the appropriate forum in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
