Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus petition directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person or body of the minor detenue, namely, Kowsalya D/o.Late Stalin Yuvaraj, aged about 17 years, residing at Mariyamman Koil Street, West Colony, Agaramcheri, Ambur Taluk, Vellore District before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) When the Habeas Corpus Petition was called on 25.09.2015, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today i.e. on 28.09.2015 under the caption, 'for dismissal'.

Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
