ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2) of BNS, 2023 r/w Section 21(4), 21(5) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation )Act, 1957 in connection with the case in Crime No.464 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner is not arrayed as an accused.
