(CRIME NO.349/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the Petitioner should report before the respondent Police station daily at 10.30 A.M until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.No.21391 of 2021 dated 15.11.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S E.IYAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21391 of 2021 dated 15.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions remain unaltered.
