O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed as against the order of the trial Court in fact setting aside the ex parte decree as against the revision petitioner and imposing some costs. As against which, the present Revision is filed.

2. When the trial Court has extended the liberal approach in the interest of substantial justice in deciding the suit. This Revision has been filed and it is pending from the year 2009 and even today the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner expressed his difficulty in taking steps. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
