This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.18717 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.26301 of 2022 on 13.12.2022, that the petitioner shall stay at Cuddaore and report before the respondent Police on every Wednesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
