The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2015 made for cancelling the forgery re-listed sale deed.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 19.10.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 26.10.2022. When the matter was taken for hearing on 26.10.2022, once again there was no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 28.10.2022 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for Dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No Costs.
