ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 303(2), 326(a), of BNS Act R/w. 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No. 188 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/4

2. This Court had earlier dismissed the petitioner's bail petition on 23.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28787 of 2025, however without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order, since there is no change in circumstances.
