O R D E R

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by one Dasaradan, an enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.900 of 2020. On enquiry, the complaint was closed as civil in nature and the parties were asked to approach the Civil Court in order to redress their grievance.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has also given a complaint before the respondent Police and the respondent Police must be directed not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by one Dasaradan.

3. In view of the stand taken by the respondent Police that the parties are already directed to approach the competent civil Court, there is no question of giving further direction to the respondent Police and it is left open to the parties to go and agitate their rights before the competent Civil Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
