Mr.P.Tamilmani, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent.
2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. The petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider his representation dated 23.01.2018 for allotment of shop from Shop No.N/P-33 to F/C-18.
4. Mr.M.Ramalingam, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 23.01.2018, was not considered by the respondent and hence the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
present writ petition has been filed. He has also submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider his representation dated 23.01.2018.
5. Mr.P.Tamilmani, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent is ready to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
6. In the light of the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition and the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after providing opportunity to all the necessary parties. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
