ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to issue look out notice against the accused persons in Cr.No.68 of 2024 dated 25.11.2024 on the file of the second respondent police and to complete the investigation within a stipulated period of time as framed by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that as directed by this Court by an order dated 21.01.2025, they completed the investigation in Crime No. 68 of 2024 and filed final report in C.C.No.116 of 2025 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Erode.

Recording the above submissions, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
