ORDER

These civil revision petitions have been filed as against the fair and decreetal order dated 21.07.2009 passed in I.A.Nos.294 & 295 of 2009 in O.S.No.40 of 2004 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Villupuram.

2. The petitioner filed petitions to re-open and re-call P.W.1 for further cross-examination and the said petitions were filed after a period of ten years. P.W.1 was cross-examined fully as early as on 08.06.2009 and closed the evidence. When the matter was posted for arguments, the present petition filed. Therefore, the trial Court rightly dismissed the said petitions and this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the Court below.
