This Application has been filed by the Defendants seeking to produce Additional Documents.

2.It is seen that the Defendants had filed a typed set containing documents in O.A.Nos.488 to 490 of 2020. The documents now sought to be produced in the Suit relate to the years 2014, 2015 and 2016. It is seen that the Defendants had produced only the xerox copies of the documents. It would only be appropriate that the parties are permitted to adduce both oral and documentary evidence to substantiate their respective cause. However, the documents produced should be admissible, relevant and must be proved in manner known to law. 3.Viewed from that angle, the Application is allowed, subject to production of original documents either for filing or for comparison and subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof. 23.12.2020 smv 2/3
