This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.18063 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.23075 of 2022 dated 01.12.2022, to report before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
