Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the application for Sub Division Patta Transfer dated 29.10.2019 in accordance with law. O R D E R

The petitioner has filed a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the application for Sub Division Patta Transfer dated 29.10.2019 in accordance with law.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 07.02.2020, the Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that an enquiry has been fixed on the application dated 29.10.2019 on 18.02.2020 and notice has also been issued to all the parties concerned, including the petitioner for appearing for the enquiry.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he appeared before the respondent Authorities and he was enquired. He further submits that no orders have been passed till date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate submits that the Court directed the respondents to file a status report on 30.03.2020, but the respondent counsel is not in a position to say that any order has been passed by the respondent/ Tahsildar, Ullundurpet Taluk.

5. Till date, no orders have been passed by the Authorities concerned, mainly by the respondent/ Tahsildar, Ullundurpet Taluk. Therefore, this Court directs the respondent/ Tahsildar, Ullundurpet Taluk to pass appropriate orders, if not already passed, since the enquiry has already been conducted, and the orders shall be passed on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if already transferred the patta, then the copy shall be furnished to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands Disposed of. No costs.
