Insofar as the respondents 1 and 2 are concerned, the 1st respondent was already given up before the Tribunal and the 2nd respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal.

This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

Heard the learned counsel for the Appellants and perused the records.

Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 26 days is condoned. 5.

Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal and list the same for admission.
