cad Today, Mr. P. Hariharan, former Inspector of Police, Kottakuppam PEW and Mr. P.R. Michael Irudayaraj, present Inspector of Police, Kottakuppam, are present before this Court. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order dated 04.08.2016 passed in Crl.O.P. No.16808 of 2016 has been complied with and the petition enquiry in C.S.R. No.129 of 2017 has been closed as "civil dispute".

A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
