This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the above appeal. 2.

Mrs.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and submitted that she has no objection in condoning the delay.

Despite the service of notice, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
