This application has been filed by the Deputy Official Liquidator office to auction the motor cycle of the company under liquidation in C.P.No.90 of 2010 which was ordered to be wound up by an order dated 07.09.2010. The motor cycle is lying in the premises from 2011. No useful purpose will be served by retaining the motor cycle of the company under liquidation, as it is prone to further depreciation.
