This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the fair and decreetal order dated 06.12.2018 passed in M.P.SR.No.76766 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No.471 of 2018 on the file of the learned VIII Judge, Small

Causes Court, Chennai, modifying the order dated 21.03.2005 passed in R.C.O.P.No.2165 of 2004 on the file of the learned XV Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner to reject the main R.C.O.P.No.471 of 2018.

Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survive in the present revision petition. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
