B.

VASUDEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18916 of 2020 dated 02.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18916 of 2020 dated 02.12.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
