This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw HMOP.No.130 of 2024 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam and transfer the same to the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Panruti.

2.Despite giving an opportunity to the respondent for arguing the matter and listed the transfer petition today under the caption 'for orders, there is no representation on the side of the respondent. 3.I have heard Mrs.R.Radhika, learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.The petitioner is the respondent/wife in HMOP.No.130 of 2024 pending on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam. The petitioner seeks transfer of the said HMOP to the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Panruti. The petitioner has expressed her various inconveniences and difficulties for attending the hearings at Kumbakonam. 5.I am satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the transfer petition, seeking transfer of the proceedings as prayed for.

6.In the light of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in HMOP.No.130 of 2024 is hereby withdrawn from 2/4

the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam and transferred to the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Panruti. There shall be no order as to costs.
