ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to entertain the complaint filed by the petitioner, dated 04.10.2021 and register a case. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a complaint was lodged by the petitioner through registered post on 04.10.2021, but no action has been taken by the 3rd respondent Police.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint of the petitioner received vide C.Nos.2094 & 3338 of 2021. After enquiry, the same were closed on 14.01.2022. He fairly submitted that the closure report not served to the petitioners. 4.In view of the above, the 3rd respondent Police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner, who on receipt of the same, shall approach the appropriate forum, in accordance with law. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
